Ordering & Delivery Guide

This guide explains how to request a window supply quotation, review your order and prepare to receive materials from Hawaii Window Supply. Review your accepted quotation and written order documents for the specifications, payment schedule and delivery arrangements for your project.

Request a window quotation

Use our quote request form to share your requirements. Include:

Window style or product reference, quantity and an identifying reference for each opening.
Preliminary width and height, measurement units, and whether each measurement describes the opening or proposed window unit.
Frame material, finish and glazing preferences, where known.
Opening direction, handing and operating configuration where relevant.
Screens, hardware and accessories required.
Project island, delivery address or ZIP code, and target timing.

Clearly label preliminary information. Send window schedules, plans, photographs or specifications by email to info@hawaiiwindowsupply.com; the current form does not accept attachments. Share only documents relevant to your supply request.

Review and approve the quotation

Check product descriptions, final dimensions, quantities, frame finish, glazing, operation, accessories, pricing, freight arrangements and exclusions. Ask for corrections or clarification before approving the order.

An inquiry alone does not place an order. The customer and their contractor or design team must confirm final ordering dimensions and project requirements.

Deposits and payments

A deposit is required before an order is processed, sourced or placed into production. Your accepted quotation states the deposit amount and payment schedule. The remaining balance is due according to that quotation, generally before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment arrangements are provided for your order. Confirm the accepted method and payment instructions with the supply team before sending funds.

Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and written exceptions. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed and supplier commitments have been made. Any approved exception must be confirmed in writing and remains subject to applicable law.

Availability, production and lead times

Timing depends on the selected windows, supplier availability, any customization and freight arrangements. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Confirm the current estimate for your proposed order and discuss any essential project deadline before approval.

Hawaii freight and delivery

Freight arrangements are confirmed for the destination in your quotation. Provide your project island, delivery address or ZIP code, access restrictions, receiving hours and site contact. Confirm the delivery method, unloading equipment, labor and receiving space before dispatch. Do not assume unloading is included.

Confirm whether the quotation provides collection or delivery to your nominated location and which responsibilities remain with you. Coverage and freight costs depend on the order; delivery to every island is not promised. See our Hawaii Delivery overview for planning information.

Receiving your windows

Check packaging and delivered quantities on arrival. Compare the labels and products with your order documents. Look for broken or scratched glass, damaged frames, missing components and incorrect products. Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery paperwork where possible, and photograph the packaging, affected items and identifying labels.

Contact info@hawaiiwindowsupply.com promptly with your order reference and supporting details, including issues discovered after unpacking. Signing a delivery receipt does not by itself resolve a concealed-damage concern. Follow the applicable supplier instructions for safe handling and storage while the issue is reviewed.
